En Mesoam\u00e9rica, desde tiempos antiguos, el temazcal, \u201cba\u00f1o de vapor\u201d, ha desempe\u00f1ado un papel importante en la vida social y religiosa. El temazcalli (del n\u00e1huatl: tema, \u201cvapor\u201d, y calli, \u201ccasa\u201d) puede definirse como \u201ccasa de ba\u00f1o de vapor\u201d. En la zona maya se conoc\u00eda como zumpulche\u00e9, aunque actualmente se conoce como chuj.\n El temazcal representa el interior de la Tierra y es un lugar de tr\u00e1nsito entre el mundo de los vivos y el inframundo. Se le concibe como la entrada al “m\u00e1s all\u00e1”. \nPodr\u00e1s meditar y conectarte con tu propio yo en un lugar maravilloso donde a la vez si lo deseas podr\u00e1s sanar como nuestros antepasados alguna dolencia del cuerpo y del alma.\nPrimero se hace una ceremonia, el xaman pedir\u00e1 permiso a la madre tierra y a los 4 puntos cardinales con sus respectivos elementos y deidades para realizar el temazcal y contar con su protecci\u00f3n, despu\u00e9s el xaman nos har\u00e1 una limpia con hierbas e inciensos para ir prepar\u00e1ndonos en cuerpo y alma para introducirnos al lugar sagrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

It is the most awaited moment, we will enter the temazcal, each one will sit around the sacred navel where the ancestral grandparents are received (the hot volcanic stones) and will begin with this beautiful and purifying experience directed by the xaman, it begins with meditation and then with the steam bath, where you will be able to release your physical, psychological and sentimental burdens, you will listen to harmonious songs and requests for healing for you and for the universe and at the end you will feel a wonderful moment of peace, tranquility and much love for yourself and for others in harmony with nature, you will experience spiritual rebirth in the womb of mother earth.\nThis beautiful experience lasts 1:30 hrs. approx between the preparation and the end of the steam bath, but continues with a bath of warm water with aromas of medicinal plants to clean and close the pores of the skin, then we will have the opportunity to swim in the fresh and crystalline waters of a cenote and To end the time to recover energy with food, it will be something light such as fruit, salad and local fruit water\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
